Eyal Gura - Chairman of the Board

Eyal co-founded PicScout and led it to become a profitable company that leads the market of visual assets monitoring. Based in San Francisco, Eyal oversees the PicApp image distribution platform day-to-day operations, product and business initiatives. Previous to PicApp and PicScout, he founded the first online video recruiting hub - TheScouter.com. Eyal is a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program of IDC Herzliya and earned his MBA from the Wharton Business School. Eyal served in the Israeli Navy Submarine Flotilla in various command positions.


Offir Gutelzon - CEO

Offir Gutelzon is the CEO and a co-founder of PicScout.
In his previous role as General Manager of PicScout, Offir led the company's development and execution of the leading image recognition solution Image TrackerTM. Prior to PicScout, Offir worked with several start-up companies and was involved in the vision and creation of various software and hardware solutions. One of the start-ups was Tundo Telecommunications where Offir held various product marketing and project management positions. Offir served in a key technology unit of the Israel Defense Force and is a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program of IDC Herzliya.


Lenny Recanati

As a former Senior Executive of IDB, Mr. Recanati has served on the Board of directors of many Israeli companies, including Ilanot Betucha Investment Bank, where he chaired and managed assets in excess of $2 billion as well as participating in leading real estate firms. Mr. Recanati is currently involved in many enterprises including residential and commercial real estate projects in Europe. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Columbia University in New York City.


Yair Goldfinger

As a co-founder and CTO of Dotomi, an online direct marketing leader, Mr. Goldfinger is a passionate supporter and investor in the Israeli hi-tech Industry. Prior to Dotomi, he co-founded ICQ, the world's first Internet-wide Instant Messaging (acquired by AOL in 1998), and served as its CTO, credited with the development of Instant Messaging. He holds a B.A. in Math and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University. He was awarded with the Wharton Infosys Business Transformation Award in 2005.
