Offir Gutelzon is the CEO and a co-founder of PicScout.
In his previous role as General Manager of PicScout, Offir led the company's development and execution of the leading image recognition solution Image Tracker^TM. Prior to PicScout, Offir worked with several start-up companies and was involved in the vision and creation of various software and hardware solutions. One of the start-ups was Tundo Telecommunications where Offir held various product marketing and project management positions. Offir served in a key technology unit of the Israel Defense Force and is a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program of IDC Herzliya.

Offir spends his free time with his family and scouting for cool websites.

Amit brings with him years of experience in top global financial institutions. Prior to PicScout, he served at Merck (MRK, Frankfurt) as a company controller and earlier in his career successfully fulfilled his apprenticeships at PWC and Ernst & Young. Amit received his Certified Public Accountant degree from Tel Aviv University after serving 9 years in the Israel Defence Force in technology and management related visions.

He serves as Director in The Israel Technical Engineers & Professional Study Fund while his real passions are jigsaw puzzles and his young family.

Einat brings PicScout over 14 years of Human Resources experience, specifically in the high-tech industry. Her last role as the VP of HR at Atrica Inc. (7 years) equipped her to deal with quickly growing start-up companies until full maturity. Einat's education includes both an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, specializing in Organizational Behavior, and a BA in Behavioral Sciences from the Ben Gurion University.

In addition to being a true people's person, Einat enjoys many hobbies including jeep trips, scuba diving and playing the piano.

Amy Love leads the US operations for PicScout and serves as the Vice President for Marketing and Business Development on a global basis. Amy’s experience includes multiple Silicon Valley based technology companies with B2B and B2C market opportunities. Amy served as the CEO for the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives and also founded her own company, REAL SPORTS magazine, which earned a reputation as The Authority in Women’s Sports in 1997. Her roots in marketing extend to her first role with Procter & Gamble after graduating from Texas Tech University and at Booz*Allen in their Marketing Intensive Practice after graduating from Harvard Business School.

In her free time, Amy enjoys hiking, fundraising for several non-profits and walking on the beach with her family.

Uri joined PicScout bringing years of varied R&D experience ranging from data fusion and intelligence research applications to command and control (C2I) applications. Prior to PicScout, Uri managed various R&D departments, from which he brought significant experience in large-scale, complex business and database systems. Uri holds a B.Sc. in software engineering from the Technion, the Israeli Institute of Technology.

Among other hobbies Uri enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his family.

Yaron joined PicScout with over 15 years of international management experience in software field operations, production services and sales. He brings wealth of experience in establishing operational and services excellence with a strong focus on aligning delivery operations to the business goals. Prior to PicScout, Yaron was VP of Marketing & Sales at MySinglePoint, a leading Business Governance solution. Before that he was Sr. Director Operations & PS at Olive Software. In addition Yaron held a number of key management roles at companies such as SuperDerivatives (a provider of multi-asset option pricing platform) and Jacada (a provider of enterprise software solutions to contact centers).

Yaron is a passionate mountain biker and a hiker.
